PHONE REPAIR POLICY

At our repair centre, your device will be handled by skilled professionals who apply precision and expertise to restore your phone to its optimal condition. We take pride in delivering high-quality repairs with meticulous attention to detail.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE:

  • We provide a one-year limited warranty on parts replaced during the repair, including screens, touch sensors, and display components.
  • This warranty does not cover accidental damage, such as cracked screens, dents, or other physical damage occurring after the repair.

2. WARRANTY INCLUSIONS:

  • Repairs for defective parts (e.g., faulty screen or touch sensor) will be conducted at no additional cost.
  • Any screen flickering caused by a defective replacement part is covered under warranty.

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

  • Physical damage after repair, including drops, cracks, or shattered screens.
  • Water damage, whether pre-existing or occurring after the repair.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties will void the warranty.

4. LIABILITY DURING REPAIR:

  • If accidental damage occurs to the device during our repair process, we will cover the cost of fixing it.
  • If water damage is detected, we are not liable for any additional issues that may arise.

5. POST-REPAIR INSPECTION:

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their device upon collection. Any issues must be reported immediately.
  • Once the device has left our premises, any new damage or malfunctions not related to our repair will not be covered.

By proceeding with the repair service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
